DO NOT send your family here. They stole several things out of my grandmas room in the short time she was there. The night she arrived they placed her in a dark room with little lighting and shut the door on her and would not answer the call light while she was scared, unable to walk, or transport herself, and hallucinating. The tall complected girl was very rough and rude to my grandma that could barely speak. We could only bare to see her be there for 3 days until we realized what was going on and immediately took her out of there once we realized how bad things were. This place was very messy and lots of people sitting out in the lobby looking very unpresentable and not taken care of. They gave my grandma a bed that did not adjust or work, that had wires showing, and was not willing to fix this. Not even sure how they have 5 star reviews on this place.
