Adjusted rating to reflect their need to install parking signage in their new lot instead of relying on an angry nun to tell you where you can't park. How much was spent on those renovations? vs a $20 sign?

----------- Previous review:

This place is so much more than just the nursing facility. The monastery grounds offer acres upon acres of peace, quiet, and beauty. It's honestly one of the best kept secrets in town.

Beautiful grounds. Very disappointing that I have a fear of elevators and they would not allow me to go down the steps to visit a friend there with hospice at the end of life. I asked to be accompanied by a staff member, as I was told it was for security that I had to take the elevator, but was declined. “We cannot do that for security reasons.” Boo hoo for me.

Absolutely awful staff…. They let my grandmother who can’t walk sit for over 12 minutes while pressing the button an they had done nothing, showed zero signs of anything or contacting anyone until I went to find out where anyone was…. They let her sit for over 30 minutes before…. She fell at one point bc they wouldn’t go help her… told no one for hours, took her to the ER…. ER was the one who told the family … this placed lied to us repeatedly, didn’t wanna admit what was going on… ABSOLUTELY AWFUL DISGUSTING PLACE, if you care about your family do NOT send them to this place!!!!!
