I usually do not write reviews, but as a nurse myself I feel like it is important to share! My grandfather was on hospice for almost a year and with MSA for a few weeks before he passed. The day before we asked for a nurse to come assess as he was tachypneic and began to have some rattling. His nurse never came nor were we given a response. The wonderful CNA came to bath him the next morning and he passed. I can speak highly of her. We waited on the funeral home and never once saw a nurse, chaplain, or administrator for bereavement. Im not sharing this for pity, but to encourage your company to CARE for your patients. Hospice is a calling, not a job!

We signed with MSA to give aid to my sister about 6 months before her death. We were extremely pleased with their services. Their communication was beyond what I had expected. We received calls four or five times a week. When there were special concerns or needs we received additional calls. They appeared to work well with the facility staff. They made sure she got materials and equipment they determined she needed. We highly recommend.

Do not use MSA (Medical Services of America). We used them for my wife's Grandmother back just a few months ago. Very poor service when it came to comfort care, not available when needed, and some of the medical staff had very bad attitudes. They were basically there when it was over, not when we needed them the most. If comfort care is what you're looking for, this isn't the company for you.

This company is absolutely garbage when it comes to communication. Contacted you almost SIX MONTHS ago to let you know you needed to deal with the estate. Left multiple messages yet they continued to send any correspondence to the nursing home. News flash idiots, shes gone! Maybe if you ever actually answered the phone or returned messages left. Every time you call the number goes to a new person. Fire whoever runs this company immediately, youre an absolute disgrace.

My Mom needed chuks, and diapers. When the RN came to my mom's I asked her about getting these items for me. She said they had a limited quantity. I would need to buy them. I told her I don't think so.i told her exactly how I felt about it. She went to Laura her administrator. Laura called me up and was very rude. I told her I wasnt going to argue with her.She wanted to show her authority. She told me they didn't have to supply these items. If I wanted her to She would help.me find another Hospice Co. I told her I was quite capable of doing that myself. No empathy what so ever. Wouldn't consider this co.
