The Crossings is a wonderful and loving caring community. I'm so grateful my parents decided to move there. They have received excellent care with the exact care and support that they needed. I highly recommend this beautiful facility!

My mom and Dad started their journey at the Crossings by living in Independent Living. They LOVED it, and Dad is hard to please. They started having physical and cognitive issues and they were then moved to assisted living. Dad passed, and Mom is now in Memory Care. She is treated with much love and respect. Mom is now 99, will turn 100 in August. She is very happy there. I HIGHLY recommend The Crossings. They have been a blessing for my parents and the rest of my family!

I had a very disappointing experience with The Crossings Retirement Community, specifically dealing with Brandon K. Tarver and the administrative staff. Our company completed repair services with a clear payment agreement scheduled for April 4th. It has now been over a month, and payment is still outstanding with no accountability or clear communication. Trying to reach Brandon has been extremely difficult. Calls are rarely answered, and when I did manage to get through, the responses were dismissive and unprofessional. On multiple occasions, calls were abruptly ended without resolution. The front desk staff were also unhelpful, often claiming he was unavailable or not in the office, even during normal business hours, which raises concerns about internal coordination and transparency. This level of unresponsiveness and disregard for agreed payments reflects poorly on the company’s professionalism and reliability. Delayed payments and poor communication are not acceptable, especially after services have already been delivered. I would strongly advise other service providers to exercise caution when working with this company.

The Crossings is a 5 star retirement community. Engagement in League City is encouraged with the residents providing feedback after each event. As a member of the Council of Advisors, I am proud to represent our seniors and their interests in our region. Our residents consistently tell me they wish they had moved to The Crossings sooner.

The representatives were not helpful in regards to enrolling a family member with special needs. We definitely felt not welcome.
