I visited the resident today and was very pleased with the care being provided. The resident appeared clean, comfortable, and well cared for. The staff were friendly, attentive, and demonstrated genuine compassion in their interactions. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, I observed a high standard of care and professionalism throughout the visit.

My mother was in this facility, she was very pleased with her experience there. She said, it felt like they really cared about her, like family. The facility was clean and the staff was extremely helpful through a difficult time. I would definitely recommend Mountain Manor to others.

I just wanted to share our experience with Mountain Manor Rehabilitation Center. My elderly mom stayed there recently, and honestly we were really happy with how everything turned out. The therapy team was amazing. They really took their time with her and you could tell they actually cared, not just doing their job but really helping her get stronger. That meant a lot to us. The food was also really good (and this is coming from my mom who is kinda picky lol). I honestly think that was her favorite part… she still talks about it. She even went back to visit a couple days after being discharged, and I’m pretty sure part of that was just to see everyone and maybe get a good meal again haha. What stood out the most was how comfortable she felt there. She kept saying it didn’t feel like a facility, it felt more like family. She enjoyed all the activities and actually looked forward to them, which surprised me. Overall, she really enjoyed her stay and I’m glad we chose this place. It made a stressful situation a lot easier on our family.

My mother was there for a short-term rehab. I want to say first that being in a rehab center and not at home was very difficult for her. She accepted this is where she needed to be to get back home. From the moment we got there we were greeted with kindness, compassion, and open arms. My mother thrived with the help of the staff and fellow residents. The nurses and CNA'S where caring and attentive to my mother's needs. PT and OT had my mom moving and shaking with a smile. Culinary offered her a wide variety of food options with her diet restrictions. She had her favorite meals for sure. She participated in every activity that was offered. She really enjoyed the karaoke sessions and time spent with other residents. Housekeeping and laundry do a phenomenal job keeping the facility clean and moms' clothes clean, fresh and orderly. Social services were communicative and proactive and in the planning for my mom's return home. It takes all departments to make a strong team!
