I cannot say enough wonderful things about this facility! The staff is so loving and highly compassionate toward the residents. They are dedicated to making everyone feel welcome and comfortable, creating a family-like atmosphere. The facility itself is always exceptionally clean and odor-free.

My dad was there for a short-term rehab stay. We are so thankful there was a bed available! He was a little bit of a challenge not wanting to participate with therapy, but the staff stayed in contact with the family and with much encouragement he rehabbed and was able to return home. This is the most family oriented and cleanest facilities in our area.

My Daddy was in rehab here for several weeks. He was very well taken care of and the staff was always friendly. It’s a good option if you or your family need rehab or nursing home care.

We struggled giving our Mom's care to others. We tried one place and left because we felt so bad leaving her in that environment. We then visited MHR and instantly knew God had led us to them. We felt like family immediately. We were still skeptical about leaving our mom with strangers but that feeling didn't last long and we will never regret the decision. My mom was actually loved and cared for beyond what we could've dreamed of. Thank you MHR, we can never repay you for the love and care you showed our Mom.

The staff is warm and friendly and the facility is always clean. My family is thankful for the care that Moundville Health and Rehabilitation has provided our loved ones as we have chosen them to care for multiple family members over the years that have needed both long term care and short term rehabilitation.
