The staff there is absolutely amazing. My mom was a resident there and I am so grateful to everybody in the building. It’s hard enough to leave your loved one somewhere but I knew she was in great hands. Everybody really is so caring and honestly when my mom passed I could see how much they loved mom too. Jojo and Dima always went out of their way when mom was having a bad day to try to make her smile.

I ran a large Long Term Care Pharmacy so understand nursing homes. I was DCd from LVHN to Mosser and had great Fear. The dedicated, kind and caring staff took care of me when I was vulnerable, hopeless and in great pain. They taught me to walk, sit, transfer my weight and poop on a toilet again. Initially scarry but they huided me.The food was quite tasty institutional food. Nursing / PT / OT / techs / CMAs / Dietary all helped one another and patients benefited. The only weak point was the Medical Director who did not control severe surgery pain well so I didn't sleep well. Thank you for getting me on the road to Recovery

Nice clean nursing facility. Friendly staff, the staff took wonderful care of my husband grandmother. I would highly recommend this facility. I am a former nursing home worker and worked in other health care such as hospitals ect. I can't find anything bad to say about the care here. They are often under staffed but that is nothing different from any other health care facility. I would not hesitate to have another family member here. My sister was also her for a few weeks for therapy, even she thought the therapy was amazing compared to other places she had been in the past. I would give 10 stars if that was possible.

I spent 2 weeks there for rehab. My experience was great. The nurses and aides are considerate and will do what ever they can for you. My therapy was exceptional.I am now doing outpatient therapy and am so much farther along because of the care I got at Mosser. I would recommend it to anyone who needs rehab. It is an older facility, but a very clean place
