It’s hard to review one place when you don’t know what other places are like. The personnel are nice and you don’t get a “nursing home” vibe from the facility. The executive director and the director of health and wellness are wonderful at following up on anything you may have a concern about. Overall I am happy with Morningside.

Morningside of Wilmington has been a super place for my elderly uncle. The staff is fabulous. They are always very courteous and always eager to help with any questions I've had. My uncle says the food is really good and he enjoys eating in the dining hall. He participates in the many activities they have to offer such as Bingo, Movies, Music and fitness classes. His medical care has been top notch. We are so happy we found this facility.

Do not put people you love here. Staff is out right crazy, had one throw not one but three full soda bottles at me.

I’ve had such a wonderful experience with Morningside of Wilmington. From the moment you walk in, there is such a warm and welcoming atmosphere that truly makes the community feel like home. You can tell the staff genuinely care about the residents and families they serve.<br><br>A huge shoutout to Megan, Christine, Haley, Terry, and Sunshine for always being so kind, welcoming, compassionate, and willing to help however they can. Their dedication and positive attitudes truly make a difference and do not go unnoticed.<br><br>It’s clear this is more than just a job to them — they genuinely care for their residents and work hard to create a loving, supportive environment. I would absolutely recommend Morningside to anyone looking for a place where their loved one will be treated with kindness, dignity, and genuine compassion.
