I had an excellent experience here the staff was kind, professional, and genuinely caring. They treated everyone with respect and made sure all questions were answered. The facility was clean, organized, and welcoming. It’s clear that they truly care about the well being of their patients. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the staff at Montebello Care Center. I was very hesitant and nervous about placing my mother in any care facility. I had heard many unsettling stories and had visited several facilities that left me feeling uncertain about the level of care she would receive. From the moment my mother was admitted, my family and I quickly realized that Montebello Care Center was different. From Case Manager Karissa Silva to Henry, one of the CNAs, and my mother’s nurse—whose name I unfortunately cannot recall—everyone treated us with kindness, professionalism, and compassion. The facility was clean, the care was attentive, and we always felt welcomed and supported. Most importantly, we felt confident that my mother was being cared for with dignity and respect. Thank you for the dedication, hard work, and genuine compassion you show your residents and their families every day. Your efforts made a difficult situation much easier for our family, and for that, we will always be grateful.

Definitely tour this place before deciding on where to send your loved one for rehab. It’s modern, bright and clean and the staff are amazing.

Special thanks to the P.T. staff for showing your knowledge and professionalism i also want to mention this 3 special cna's Benita from day shift merelin from 3 to 11 shift and Dante night shift , you guys are AWSOME thanks again, god bless ya'll
