Such a beautiful piece of property.... A rose garden mature red wood trees among other beautiful landscaping. Many activities both inside and outside available ... a pool a hot tub... beautiful patios with areas to relax in the shade... or feel the warmth of the sun. The restaurant style dining room has creative and nutritious meals... available all day long! Imagine sinking into a cozy chair and watching a favorite movie!?! The rooms are beautiful with Large square footage... an array of amendments and recent upgades. I couldn't end without saying thank you to Kimberly. Who was amazing at showing me the property, answering many, many questions... Not only for me, but from my brother, who has my mother with him in So Cal. Thank you kimberly you really have made a difference,!!! 🤩 And it's just very thoughtful and kind.

My 90 Y.O. mother is there now and our family is moving her ASAP!! If you or your family needs actual assisted living DO NOT bring them here. The care team is understaffed and under trained so much so I would classify it as negligent. The upper level management has turned over 3 times this year alone and currently there is no one who is truly in charge of running things. The price to stay here is extremely high and the service is worse than a convalescent hospital.

This facility consistently maintains a high standard of cleanliness, both in the resident rooms and common areas. The dining room staff is attentive, and the food is consistently of good quality. My grandmother receives excellent care, and we are especially appreciative of Melvin, who stands out for his warm personality and exceptional attentiveness. He is not only highly accommodating but also genuinely social and caring. My mother visits nearly every day and is equally pleased with the level of care and the overall accommodations. As someone who frequently visits care facilities as part of my profession, I can confidently say that this is one of the best I’ve encountered. The environment is clean and welcoming, the activities are plentiful, and the staff clearly take pride in the care they provide.

My husband and I wanted to start the search to be prepared for when my mom needs assisted living so we went on a tour this morning. We don’t need to search any further. This place is awesome. It has lots of options. Whether you want to live on your own if you need assistance, . The restaurant is just like a restaurant so the residents don’t feel like they have to be in a buffet line. They are served. There’s many options for activities. A beautiful pool. The staff were amazing when the time comes. This is a great option and it’s so affordable.

This is the second assisted living home my mom has lived in and my Dad also lived in one. Of the three homes Cogir is by far the best. My mom feels truly cared for and I am so grateful! ❤️ Thank you to the wonderful staff!
