Very lazy people and front office manager dresses very inappropriate, she look like she was at club. 80 plus degrees in there every day they are way understaffed and our nurse didn't even know what meningitis was. SMH trying to move my family member This is the filfy wheelchair they gave my son when he has open wounds and drains still..

Let me just start with the positives, Tonya my CNA was absolutely amazing, she was there when I needed her the most, when there was major issue with my food or just an issue in total she stood up and made sure that my voice was heard and she treated me with a warming environment while also making sure things were handled in a timely and professional manner. She deserves a nice raise the work she does is amazing and she should champion it. She gives the feeling that she actually cares about the patient and less of the job I.e getting small tasks done over a patient. Which she has made it clear that respectful and professional patient care above all else. Another shout it is to Tom one of the night CNAs he goes above and beyond with no major credit given to him nights are understaffed he makes the most of it . a night manager that's hand's on is most definitely needed within the facility theres major leadership issues at night specifically with medication administration and such. My other issue is night nurses prioritizing med distribution over patient issues that requires a nurse to handle a potential major medical emergency. This is absolutely unacceptable and is playing with fire. It's a major preventable accident waiting to happen. I believe there's definitely major room for improvement regarding late nights that is urgently needing attention. Tonya most definitely deserves a raise a big raise or a higher position to still do what she does but have more authority over certain issues Tom most definitely needs more recognition and I would say a raise or something both CNAs are amazing. Additional information C hall has had great daytime nurses and great CNAs One night nurse that needs some praise and more is Brittany she has been amazing and on top of things more than most night nurses from my experience.

Staff was very caring and supportive. Always answered my questions and always kept in touch , Returned calls when I reached out . They really helped me through the process as I felt very lost and confused admitting my mother. They made everything easy for me . Lori was wonderful in admissions, she was very helpful in the admissions process. Connie the social worker was also wonderful. She was always quick to answer any questions and help me with the process . The staff is very caring and makes you feel welcome. Over all my mother received good care and the nursing staff was friendly and very helpful . I would recommend mission point of Holly .

The staff was great to work with, many of the ladies became good friends with my mother. Michelle the director was awesome. She was so helpful and stayed in touch with me for my mothers entire stay. Megan in therapy is knowable and really knew how to work with my mothers condition. Connie the social worker was quick to respond to me and the needs my mother had. If your looking for a place for your parent I suggest you move them here. My wife's mother even stayed here for a few weeks for therapy and they did wonders for her, and to be honest, my mother-in-law is grumpy and difficult to work with. Thank you Mission Point and staff for all you did for Alice Loeffler.

The following review describes some of what my mother experienced during her recent stay at Mission Point Nursing and Physical Rehabilitation Center of Holly. She was a resident there for just over three weeks and what she had to endure at the hands of some of the center’s staff was, in our opinion, nothing less than inhumane. My mother was brought to Mission Point after a brief stay in the hospital. When she arrived, she was extremely weak and was barely able to sit up. At this point, no staff member was available to check in on her, and when a nurse was finally found, my sister was informed that she wasn’t my mother’s nurse and no help was offered. During my mother’s stay at Mission Point, there were many occasions when the promised help that she needed never materialized. For example, she was told not to attempt getting out of bed on her own; but she was nevertheless mostly ignored when she used the call button for help. The call button system was not reliable, as the signal only lit up an easily overlooked light at the nurses station with no sound signal. As a result, most of my mother’s calls for help using the call button were simply overlooked. Dirty linen was observed left on the floor while my mother was forced to sleep in dirty, sometimes wet, clothes on more than one occasion. She also never had a head wash the entire time she was at Mission Point. Lastly, the food provided was often inedible. Food carts were left out in the hallway while the meals became cold. In fact, at one point, mold was found on the bread of a bologna sandwich (which was the Sunday dinner), as well as ice chips in the gravy when biscuits and gravy were served for breakfast. It’s truly unfortunate that my sister and I are compelled to write the above negative review; and what’s described here doesn’t include every egregious act that was encountered. The resident treatment that we observed during my mother’s stay at Mission Point constitutes, in our opinion, nothing less than negligence and cannot be simply ignored. This is especially true since it involves some of society’s most vulnerable, the elderly. My mother was fortunate she had a daughter who was able to bring her food and comfort. We’re left with the sad knowledge, however, that there are most likely many residents at Mission Point who perhaps do not have the support that my sister was able to offer my mother. Indeed, if you have any other options for your love ones, we strongly urge you to avoid Mission Point in Holly.
