Absolutely phenomenal. The nursing care, the CNA’s, the PT & OT therapists, the doctors on call, the new management & the dialysis center, has been such a pleasant experience. The newly refurbished rehab hall is so nice. The compassion & care is so evident. The food is well prepared, and served appropriately. They listen and try so hard to accommodate your needs. Over & above our expectations & we’re extremely grateful to each and every one who has helped in our time of need. Five *****

Intersect Healthcare truly goes above and beyond when it comes to caring for their residents. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the welcoming and supportive atmosphere. The staff are kind, attentive, and treat residents with dignity and respect, taking the time to get to know each person as an individual. Communication with families is strong, and concerns or questions are handled quickly and professionally. It’s clear that teamwork and compassion are a priority here, and the level of care provided gives families peace of mind knowing their loved ones are safe and well cared for. The facility is clean, organized, and focused on creating a comfortable environment where residents feel at home. I would highly recommend Intersect Healthcare to anyone looking for quality long-term care for their loved one.

I’ve had a great experience with Intersect Healthcare of Greenville, especially with the new leadership team. You can truly feel the positive changes happening throughout the building. The leadership is professional, approachable, and clearly focused on both patient care and staff support.

Our family has had a wonderful experience with this nursing home. The staff is compassionate, attentive, and truly treat residents like family. The nurses are patient and responsive, and communication has always been clear and timely. The facility is clean, welcoming, and well-maintained. The new leadership at this facility is doing such a great job. They provide great care to the residents and ensure they are getting the care they deserve. They have put many improvements in the facility including a new dialysis den, vent unit and are really working to meet the needs in the community. Keep up the good work!
