Some of the staff cares and others don't. You have certain night staff members that refuse to take residents to the bathroom because they're too hard. Staff coming up with repulsive nicknames for residents, talking about residents behind their backs and calling them names. Keep your loved ones at home and hire respectful CNAs to take care of them. Management is also a disgrace! The DON'S aunt works on night shift and doesnt hold her accountable for her rudness to residents and her unprofessionalism.

This summer there were a number of individuals that visited my mom over time, including me. Each of them commented about how attentive the staff was toward mom. I asked each of them if they had concerns. The ONLY statement was that mom c/o being cold and didn’t have a blanket sitting in the dining room. They asked for a blanket and a gal brought one in a very short time. Her clothes were clean, her hair was clean and her nails, maybe a little too long, were clean. What I am saying is she looked tended to. In contrast to the negative reviews and CMS scores that I have noted, I feel my mothers needs are being met.

If I could give 0 stars I would. These people do not care if they help anyone, they're just trying to collect their paychecks and go home. There aren't negative enough words invented that I could use to describe this JOKE of a rehab facility. Do better. 0/5 Stars

If I could leave zero stars I would. An absolute awful place for a loved one to go. They leave residents soiled in bed. No water to drink for hours on end. Call lights are always on but rarely get answered. This place is an absolute no when looking for help caring for a family member. There are a couple staff members who will go above and beyond, but hardly any provide the care actually required.

Minot Health and Rehab is where people go to die. The staff is terrible. They dont take care of there patients. They are rude. They dont ever know what is going on. If you care about the person that needs help do not send them here. It is a death sentence. My mom was sent here and they couldn't tell me which room she was in nor could they call the ambulance when she needed it. This place needs to be shut down or they need to start all over with new staff. Wish I could rate this place in the negatives because 1 star is even to good for this place.
