My mom is here and she is treated like a queen. Is treated with the respect she has always deserved. Your staff are above & beyond!! Your dietary staff has the the patience of saints! Your nurses are the best. Loving & caring & great nurses. Some go so above & beyond ...taking her own unpaid time, to study & find healing solutions for mom. And she did, It worked great. THANK YOU! ..OH also she doctors my mom's orchids. She taught me how & still is teaching about them. They get watered with ice cubes!! Never had a clue Sheila once again. Thank you!! Thank you each & everyone of you. Our family are so grateful & thankful.

We recently placed a loved one here 41 yrs old. Brain cancer, under hospice care. He can not speak, can not push buttons, can not eat solid foods. Is paralyzed on the right side of his body. We have repeatedly told them he cant est meat..and they bring chicken he has one arm(his left and hes right handed). They bring his food and leave it He cant eat it!! The last two times I was there 40 mins average for someone to take him to the bathroom multiple falls in two wks because he cant wait. Doesnt want to go in his pants he cant push the call button and he cant yell..they have him in the room furthest from the desk. He is calling family from his cell phone in the night saying only 'help" family members having to call the desk to get him help cna's and nurses ,very few, laying in the halls while he waits for help because he cant ask. We had dozens of family members rotating over the weekend tracking this. Minimum of 3 times we had to ask for help before someone came. Today my daughter noticed his legs were dripping blood when we arrived. They said he fell L AST NIGHT. But the wounds were never cleaned up. Both knees bleeding, both elbows fresh cuts and nobody noticed. He can not speak and this is how he is cared for left at the end of the hall and forgotten we asked for those wounds to be cleaned and nobody came the hospice nurse showed up 46 minutes later and cleaned him up. His affected side, paralyzed, on day one they said the shoulder was dropping causing spinal issues from just hanging there they were gonna get a sling for him 3 wks and no sling. Nothing they promised has been done. This is substandard care and a humiliating way to be treated we are looking into moving him as soon as possible. I have spoken to lots of folks who currently or in the past had a family member here they all say the same. Its dirty, run down and very short staffed. I plan to go directly to the state health dept and definitely to the channel 3 news!! This is an awful place please do not put your loved ones under their care. If you have a loved one there and your gut tells you your loved one is telling the truth....they are!!!!

Need more help. Food could be softer for older residents where their teeth aren't as good. My father wants bread at every meal and he or us kids have to ask for bread. This should be on his card.
