This is a very well run residence with outstanding staff. My parent has lived here about 18 months and has been treated with great kindness and is very happy here. I have had several relatives live in assisted care facilities, and Mill Street is by far the best one that I have seen. Highly recommended!

My Mom is just completing her first 100 days at Mill Street. Virtually everyone of the Mill Street staff has exceeded our expectations for the level of care. They are all so kind, patient and engaging it is amazing.

When my parents first moved in, everything appeared to be fine. The unit was clean, freshly painted, etc. The nurses seemed to be very nice. However, as time passed the Director of Nursing Diane changed considerably. My parents were forced to move with less than 30 days notice. Diane lacks compassion, empathy and we were disappointed in the overall appearance of the apartment. The "cleaner" does not do a good job, the carpeting has never been cleaned. If your loved ones have any sort of brain dysfunction, like Alzheimers, Parkinsons, or dementia, look elsewhere! Mill Street can not handle long term brain dysfunctions.
