Such a wonderful facility filled with caring, knowledgeable staff! My father fell and broke his hip and they took him in. Everyone that works there is absolutely fantastic! A very special thank you to Avalon, Cody, Denver, and all of the nurses that tended him!!

My family was very pleased with the care and attention that the entire staff provided for my mother. Nurses and aides were informed and attentive, there were no long waits for help, and the nurses were very willing to explain what Mom needed. And, for an institution, the food was really good! As a drawback, the bed in her room was not very comfortable, but the staff helped us find a good recliner that helped immensely. Thank you so much!

Had a friend in Mescalero Care Center over 15 yrs. Best care one could expect, always staffing, no orders and always clean. His mom was a patient for 6 months and received exceptional care also. Best place to receive care and great, great staffing.

This is the worst place there is. The food was lousy, Gave wrong medicine. Didn't check up on patients to see if they were alright. Doctor never came in to check on patients.

My dad would have died if we had left him in this awful place. Most workers were uncaring and lazy, when it came to my fathers care. He was there 8 days we wete there every day and had a horrific experience experience
