Talk to in a demeaning way. They 98 percent mental patience that threaten and bullying patience that can't protect themselves. There some reallgood employees, and there some who don't carry their self as qaufied license nurses. The bosses overseeing them try to keep you from filing police reports when mental patience are threaten. A complete management investigation needs to be done,and night time is really bad.HELP

I went to visit a family friend. My first impression. It's in a well maintained and clean neighborhood. The outside looks well kept. But as soon as you walk in it's a totally different environment. The inside looks worndown and furniture is out dated. It did not feel like a welcoming place. Staff was not too friendly or helpful. I would advise to visit this place before sending a loved one.

When I visited my family member in Room 41B back in December, I was extremely disappointed. The staff restroom smelled strongly of marijuana, and we walked in on a CNA, Serina Jimenez, actively smoking from a weed vape cartridge. Her eyes were visibly bloodshot, and the room smelled like weed. The facility itself is poorly maintained—it looks run-down, depressing, and uncared for. The snacks and meals provided to residents are extremely inadequate. My family and I were so disturbed by the conditions that we collectively decided to remove our loved one from this facility. This was a terrible experience, and I do not recommend leaving your family members here.

This is the most terrible, filthy, plumbing doesn't work,hot water comes out of both bathroom faucets, toilets are clogged, electrical WIRING with exposed live wires, outlets need to be replaced. There has been no air conditioning and only certain people get a portable air conditioner. Patients being put outside in 100 ° weather with no supervision!!! Neglect, violence, patients beating on other patients because they say that they have stolen properties. Pot bought by a patient in jars with large buds, pot vapes. As a patient myself I was moved while I was sent to the Emergency Room for being beaten on my back and I had to be given Fentanyl 100 mcq I V push then had to be given another bolus of 100 mcq IV push only to be sent back to where I was attacked beaten. I have yet to get a certain kind of bed, but I have only been told that they would get it for me. No trapeze bar to enable me to pull myself up in bed, turn side to side. I had a scheduled appointment with a Pain Management Doctor on July 8 TH , but I was never taken and the Doctor's office was called and they lied to them saying they didn't have transportation! The food here a dog wouldn't eat so I have to buy my own food from Amazon. The curtains in my room are filthy and they are not doing anything about it. Roaches are found running around the facility and they are not doing anything about it. I have pictures of them and will take the one I put in a plastic box and it was still alive!!! There is so much more, but I will leave it to the Code Enforcement and the Ombudsman to take care of all of the disgusting, illegal practices of the Licensed LVN Medication Nurses who are false documenting the time that they give a patient a narcotic, running out of Medications forcing the patients to go through abrupt withdrawals without any Detox Protocol. Staff is generally nice. We have 2 patios. They have different activities each day. Smoking is allowed 6 times a day for you smokers. I usually go out once or twice a week to take care of business and shop. About half of the patients here have mental disorders. I've lived here 6 months and I have yet to feel any negative feelings toward them. Good isn't great but sometimes they do well
