In the evening hours patients are left alone for long hours. In one incident of trying to get a hold of a nurse, a patient answered the phone saying no nurses are in the area. Apparently there is no RN after hours, being very concerning for the patients they house.

Just want to give a great big shout to Meridian Care of Hebbronville, TX. My Dad was a resident there until his death this past Nov. 27, 2017... The staff there only show my Dad the best care... Big thank you to Gilda and Christine for always being so helpful!
