My 99 year old grandmother is at the nursing home at this facility and the staff has been phenomenal! This review is not about the staff. DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE. We just received less than 24 hour notice that my grandma is getting kicked out of her room, has to throw away all of her decorations, and is getting permanently moved to a room with a roommate. Mercy Administration has demonstrated repeatedly that they do not have the resident’s best interest as their priority. All they care about is how much they can make off of this vulnerable population. They charged my grandpa $18k/month to live here. INSANE! My grandma lost her husband last year and she requested repeatedly to not have a roommate. But this is happening and research shows that when there is a major change or illness in a person at this stage of their life, they decline rapidly. We will be making arrangements to move her to a different facility. Do better, Mercy.

Small little hospital in a small town. They have a very nice and caring staff there who really want to help and listen to their patient stories, needs, and health concerns. Great hospital to go to for minor or major things even. Low wait times. And excellent customer service! Not disappointed !

I wouldn't go to this hospital again even if my life depended on it. I went here in an emergency after breaking my hand, was laughed at when I gave the explanation of what happened, and was given an improper splint that caused further pain which I had to then go to an ortho specialist to have redone on the same day. Now with a balance of $100 after only 3 months, I'm receiving letters threatening to send my bill to collections or possibly take judicial action against me? I will never be returning to this hospital or any mercyhealth establishment for that matter.
