Mercy Care AFH took care of my mom just shy of two years. The staff cared for her with patience, compassion, grace and respect. I would go see her weekly. The home was always clean and free of odors. My mom was always showered and put together. The staff and owners were readily available and communicated consistently during my mom’s time there.

Mercy Care was absolutely amazing. The staff cared for my dad with such tenderness and respect, and they supported our entire family through every step of an incredibly difficult time. The peaceful environment, the kindness of the team, and the comfort they provided made something unbearable feel just a little more bearable. I’m forever grateful for the care we received. My mom said she believes they are angels, and with the love and compassion they showed, it’s hard to disagree.

My dad has been at Mercy Care Adult Family Home since September 2025. I often stop by the house to visit him and each time I find the house spotless, and his room clean and organized. The staff is kind, well trained and very friendly. They speak to my dad and the other residents kindly and with respect. I feel that my dad is safe and well cared for at Mercy Care. I appreciate the level of communication that I receive from the community director.
