I don’t understand how you can be such a huge company but no one answers the phone. It’s been almost a month and I haven’t received my pay. I have no one I can talk to to get any answers. I have called numerous numbers just to keep getting answering machines. This is unreal!

My case worker tried to 302 me & it was unfounded. She took my cat out of my home, took her far away & put a healthy cat down. Broke my confidentiality & verbally abuse me & so did the next one. Merakey hasn't comply in two months & I was treated like a criminal!!
