My name is Valina Lord. My mother was a patient at Memorial Manor in Pembroke Pines Fl. Coming from Memorial Hospital -West I felt that the care she received at the hospital was going to be just the same at Memorial Manor. I give Memorial Manor À score of 100%. The entire facility was onboard! The Doctors listened and showed up answered questions and our concerns patiently. I can’t say enough about the Best Nurses in America. Head nurses, Charge Nurses, LaRhonda, Donna, Annette (with the puffs) the Nurses who had direct care Miriam, Will, all attentive and caring, wonderful! The PCAs, Rehab OT and PT, all of you guys brought out the NY. sassiness in her, lol! Respiratory Therapist like Felexia, and the other therapist I don’t remember, thank you. Last but not least, Natalie Schwartz-Case/Field Worker you heard the desperation, the concerns and made it happened. You got my mother in to Memorial Manor. I can’t thank you enough. You’re truly and angel 🪽🪽🪽🙏.

It's a pleasure to say that I enjoyed my therapy sessions. Kathy and Auro were great. Kathy was my primary therapist. Occupational therapy was good as well, with the three divas, Helen, Nathasa, and Elmase. Your day is uplifted with laughter while you been told directly what to do to improve your therapy skills. The facility is a very good center, and the staff is professional and the PCA is always trying to commanðate you to their best. The only thing, it take awhile for someone to come see what you need. The PCA'S have some great workers, even though they are overwhelmed. Workers like Tameka, Donna,Jenade, Galine, both Rose, and some more, were good servants. I have told alot of people about this facility. My stay here was very good. I made everybody smile. Well, I know everybody here at the facility, and they knew me. I also enjoyed my nurses too. The desk staff was excellent. The shower was the bomb, you never want to come out, lol.

My family member had an excellent experience and truly felt well cared for from start to finish. The entire staff—from reception to nurses to doctors—were professional, kind, and attentive. They took the time to listen to all of our concerns and made sure we understood every step of the treatment. The nurses were especially outstanding, consistently checking in and going above and beyond. The facility was very clean and well-maintained, which made us feel at ease during the stay. I would highly recommend it here.
