My first impression is they care more about getting paid than they do about their patients

1. If your parents or grandparents live here. Get them removed. The staff is verbally and physically abusive. 2. Patients DO NOT get changed during the night. 3. Patients sometimes don’t get fed or even brought out of their room for meals. 4. The staff is rude as hell 5. The facility has BUGS! Bed bugs, crickets and roaches. Saw a mole run across the floor one night 🤷🏽‍♀️. 6. They don’t transfer patients properly or professionally.

I know one thing they surely dont like to answer their phones. Ive called a million of times and never got to actual speak to my loved one and its always a hassle getting transferred. Ive also been hung up on a few times

I've wait several months to write a review. My moms stay here was extremely short and I'm thankful for that. One of her nurses during the day was just a cranky witch. From the start I requested no morphine until I could talk to her because I knew once they started that she wouldn't be able to hold a conversation. On her last day on earth I called VM because I hadn't heard from her. I was told my mom requested morphine around 6am so the nurse gave it to her. I stated again that I requested this not be done unless they called me and I talked to her then they could start it. Response from nurse she asked for it so I gave it to her and she can still talk etc. I left work got there and as I knew would happen she was unable to hold conversation. Thankfully when she did pass that night we had great night nurse and CNA's! Another issue was supper time. Twice that week she never received food until I left around 830 at night. No she wasn't eating at that point but shouldn't she still get her food on time? This same week some gal met me at the back door wrote me down as someone else. I know nursing homes are not good places to be and running them is challenging. I hope I never end up in one.

Family member admitted for skilled nursing period with potential to stay short/long term. Acceptance and admission was handled very quickly. Team members including social worker, office support and nurses keep us updated of any issues or questions that they may have which includes therapy updates. Taking good care of him as new person in the facility as well as arranging necessary doctor appointments. Outdoor visits just started which is important during this COVID period.
