KEEP ANYONE YOU LOVE OUT OF HERE! Beyond the words about this place! HORRIBLE! Way understaffed!!! Wish I could give negative stars! Although YELP gives this place 1 star! They will probably make some insane comment, "please come & talk to us or give us a call, we care"! Wasted energy talking to Administration & are the worst individuals I have ever met. They certainly do not know how to speak with people, especially the social worker who should know how to.Been trying to move my father out since Feb & the social worker told every facility that my father would not be a good fit. They make up their own rules to see what fits, Ignore what is actually going on.Even when bringing up situations,saying they will be addressed & taken care of but never is. Their own employees have no respect for admins. The admins talk down to their employees right in the hallways and some of the aides breakdown crying.There are a few nurses & aides that really do care about patients here, but cannot attend to everyone's needs.They have not enough people to care for everyone. Evenings, weekends or holidays are the worst, running on a handful of people. (IE: 16 cars in parking lot on a weekend and evening- for 80+ residents, do the math!) turnover rate high, new people constant. Food is also terrible (pics for reference) a tbsp of this/that If you don't like what they serve you get a pbj or grilled cheese every single day! Forget about anything fresh, it's all out of a can/frozen.Food cold. They forget to do your meal ticket, you get drinks and nothing else! Keeping residents down with nothing nutritious! You can't even use their microwave to heat up food you bring in! Your loved one being changed into a fresh underpant is like every 8 hours. Admins does not care if you have POA medical, they will over-medicate your parent without your consent, file that someone whose had dementia for 15 years and deem them competent so as to cover their indiscretions, so they can keep your parent hostage. D.O.N. tried telling me that Frontal lobe dementia corrects itself! How stupid do they think people are! Yet, they have me sign his DNR! Federal regulation with any opioids should have been discussed with family so their own inadequacies have shown. Two psychiatric residents who are violent & tend to punch other residents, staff or visitors. Your loved one is not guaranteed safe here. Admins obviously doesnt even care what anxiety they put their staff in. Says they are doing "data research" on the psychiatric residents. Facility or research? Admins constantly harassing me about my small 7 lb service dog, no knowledge about the ADA! They have water issue! (Pic for reference) It comes out yellow since March 2026! They give this water for residents to drink. Most employee & residents non working restrooms.Electrical outlets that won't hold a plug, old floor heaters not attached, single pane windows make their room cold all winter. Air conditioner throughout not working! Ice machine broken too...so warm water! Yum! Ceiling tiles that have water in them. Knats flying around constantly in your face & food. When it rains trash cans line hallways. Trays lingering. (Pic for ref) Came in to find my father sitting in a garbage bag & soaked in urine on more than 1 occasion! (Pic for ref) Dirty clothes & diapers stuffed in bags under the sink in rooms. So you get to smell that while visiting! (Pic for ref) My father had hearing aids when he got here, the staff washed them & got him cheap $300 amplifiers. Forget about nail cutting; my dad's nails were 1" long on his toes! My Dad constantly getting bills for lab results, Dr visits, hospital, etc. Someone here doesn't know how to bill correctly! This place should be shut down! This is a business period of taking your money or Medicare money & giving the worst possible care. This place is very run-down and the people here deserve better than this! Prestige Healthcare owns this, so I would stay away from anything they owned. I knew they would write something back that was so ridiculous!

Don't respect anyone food is not that great u don't get treated with respect. Allow the aids to to treat with disrespect don't answer call lights in a timely manner let sit in pee for over an hour . Rude demanding not good wound care go through your stuff

I am writing this review to share serious concerns about the conditions at this facility and the level of care residents are receiving. The biggest issue is the unsafe and unrealistic staffing expectations. It is extremely concerning that only one CNA is assigned to a hall with 14 or more residents. This workload is overwhelming for any one person and makes it nearly impossible to provide timely, quality care to each resident. Because of this understaffing, residents often do not receive their care efficiently. Basic needs such as toileting, repositioning, hygiene, call light response, and assistance with daily activities are delayed simply because there is not enough staff to keep up. This is not a reflection of the CNAs’ effort or dedication they are working extremely hard but one person cannot safely manage that many residents alone. The workload leads to burnout, stress, and physical exhaustion for staff, which ultimately affects the overall quality of care. Many residents have expressed frustration and concern that their needs are not being met in a timely manner. Call lights go unanswered longer than they should. Some residents feel neglected, not because staff don’t care, but because the facility is not providing adequate staffing to meet the level of care required. Management has been made aware of these concerns, yet there appears to be little effort to improve staffing ratios. Refusing to assign two CNAs per hall creates an environment where both staff and residents suffer. Proper staffing is essential for resident safety, dignity, and comfort, and the current system does not support that. Another major concern is the quality of the food. Residents frequently complain that meals are poor in quality, unappetizing, and do not meet their expectations or nutritional needs. Meals are an important part of residents’ daily well-being, and the current food service adds to their dissatisfaction. Overall, the facility appears to prioritize cutting costs over resident care and staff support. The CNAs work extremely hard and do the best they can under difficult circumstances, but without adequate staffing and stronger leadership support, the quality of care will continue to suffer. This facility needs to take immediate action to improve staffing ratios, listen to resident concerns, and focus on providing the level of care and quality of life that residents deserve. Until these changes are made, both staff and residents will continue to experience unnecessary stress and dissatisfaction.

I just left mediloge of yale. I was a resident there for about 3 months. The care the staff takes to ensure you feel like a human being and not a paycheck is immeasurable. I am considerably younger than most of the people there but they never stopped trying to make me at home. Hands down best nursing staff and managers. The physical therapy team knocked it out of the park. They turned me from handicapped to handicapable. The social services and administrators helped me when insurance failed me. Another aspect is the activities department work everyday to keep everybody active. Highly recommend

This place just staves there people. Literally yesterday morning was eggs and drinks, yesterday for dinner was a sandwich and tomatoes soup. They should be ashamed of them self's. Them people are paying alot of money to live, but I guess more money if going into the owners pockets then investing into the people paying for the services. Its like a jail bascily, even the people thats there short term because they got hurt gets treated the same was. The staff is ok. the office people are just worried about is when there getting there money. Im bascily just speechless the little bit of food they feed them, it literally blows my mind. I promise u guys people in jail are getting more food. Its sad! I say we take the cook and owners and say heres a sandwich now thats your dinner! Do better its wrong. It dont matter how good the staff there doing what owners tell them to do but do better. Them people need help not another let down!
