I’d honestly fire the entire management. It seems to me as if no one understands what nursing is supposed to be. They make residents that CAN walk, be in wheelchairs. They do this so they can keep their conditions worst so they make money off of them being there and eventually they hit hospice. This is sad. This facility would rather watch patients die than to get them better to get them out or in livable conditions. They need to push for activities of daily living more. Most of the staff is not nice. The gentleman that runs PT treats the residents VERY poorly. This place is dirty and I hope they eventually realize they need to get new management that cares. This is people’s lives!!!!! Zero stars. Zero communication.

Some of nursing staff were ok, but be sure to have medical advocate as things easily fall through cracks with no apparent way of those things being addressed without advocate.

My ex fiance Mark Brooks severed his neck on motorcycle accident 08/31/2025 This place is good. Left me stay with him right by his side. The nurses Kerrie and Kelsey and Katie. Amazing women!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The staff...except one nurse. Terrible. Anyone can walk through the door and they dont even acknowledge you. The first time I went there they had buckets on the floor catching water from a leaking ceiling. Thank God my family member was only there for a couple days. They also lost a item of theirs in the 2 days they were there and it took 2 months for them to find it...how the hell does that happen?? Worst place to take someone you love. But the hospice team gentiva, amazing people. Loved them. Medilodge...staff...do better.
