Medi has a delivery man named Greg who is just the kindest and most professional person. When my mom had had a stroke, he came in and talked to her and was so compassionate. He made sure we had the equipment we needed and that it was delivered in a timely manner!

I had a great experience with this company, as my mom had things ordered and after delivery she realized a few changes needed to be made. When I called customer service, they were very courteous, understanding, and willing to help get her taken care of. They were able to fix the issue in a very timely manner and I am grateful and appreciative of them for their help. I highly recommend!

I need a service call because my Trilogy is not working properly. Goin to be out of town and need it working while gone, but no, come in when you get back. I have trouble breathing with it not working properly. Not happy with Nat at all. She got mad because l mis understood her about something so now all the issues are my fault. And, to read some of y'all's reviews don't think it would help going in anyways. I don't take too kindly to being blown off while employees chit-chat and gossip. AAARRRGGG!!!
