Giving five stars because this location genuinely cares about the people in their community. After a mix up with a prescription, they made sure that I could still get the tubing and masks I needed for my nebulizer! They helped me figure out a solution since I was very sick from COVID. So thankful for their amazing staff! ♥️

Nothing but a bad experience! I have been with them for a few years now and I can never get consistent c-pap supplies. I always run into some sort of trouble! I have great insurance to boot. And now the latest is that the c-pap machine I have won't communicate with them anymore. My machine is only 5 yrs old. Thanks for calling your customers and letting them know. Now I have to bring my card to them to read it. Like I have the gas to do it! I am so frustrated. They don't follow up with their customers and I have been without supplies for 5 months now. I will try another c-pap supplier. Save yourself the hassle and go to another supplier.

was lied to from the start...first was told 2 weeks..then after 3 weeks i called insurance myself,was approved on 13th...its now 29th. was told yesterday be delivered TODAY.. now i called and it be TOMORROW.. only one delivery truck...lies IS NOT HOW BUSINESS IS DONE. i will NEVER use this place again for anything

Just got back home from my Monthly Surgeon checkup for my left foot reattachment and today I started physical therapy finally! I am burnt out and soo tired from stretching achilles tendon for 2 hours strait and putting full weight on foot. X rays look perfect. The Highlight of my day was when I went by a medical supply company off Brookdale Rd., called Medi Home Care, and got new Crutch stopper ends to replace both bad ones on my current set of crutches that I've been using since Oct. 28th of 2016. MY FEE WAS NILL, ZERO ... ABSOLUTELY FREE. MEDI HOME CARE IS THE GREATEST. So now I am not in danger of falling or sliding or slipping on these crutches in the kitchen anymore. WHOOO HOOO! I am determined to walk again with my new Metal Plate and 9 Screws and 2 Pins surgically installed on Oct. 28th 2016 in the same leg that I already had a titanium rod and 2 pins in from an automobile wreck at 120+ mph back in 1997. MEDI HOME CARE IS THE RIGHT CHOICE & I'd Recommend them to any and everyone residing within the M-HC region.
