Absolutely worst facility! I work in the health care field and second patient coming home with missing equipment! A wheelchair being lost at the facility for days and given a replacement that is usable for home care making it actually impossible to get patient in bed. Management clearly has no idea what’s going on and still a missing foot drop brace since January which is causing other patient to decline on PT due to meadow views poor admissions staff. Would never recommend!

My mom and dad stayed here for just a week and my mom came home with bedsores and swollen feet it was horrible they neglected her. Please don't bring your love one in this horrible place, plus they don't give them water so they don't have to change them it's nice and clean but some workers are really bad, I think I'm going to report it.

My mother has been at Meadowview for three weeks now after having a stroke. The staff always greets us with a smile. The food is good with lots of variety. Their PT staff has done wonders with her. The facility has been very clean everyday.

My dad is in Meadowview for rehabilitation after a illness. I can't say enough about the nurses the aides and all the staff. The cleaning staff does an amazing job. Spotless. The food is good. The security personnel at front desk couldn't be more helpful. Thanks for taking such good care of our dad.
