Highly recommend Meadow View.! The facility is exceptionally clean and beautifully maintained. It is a fast paced environment where the staff works hard to keep things running smoothly. They offer a ton of great activities and unique events that keep the residents active and happy. The team there is excellent and genuinely cares about creating a positive experience.

Meadow View is a wonderful asset to the Montrose community. The staff is incredibly hardworking, caring, and dedicated to the well-being of the residents. The environment is cozy and welcoming, and you can tell they genuinely care about individual needs.

My mother with dementia was sent here after a two week hospital stay, she was there for 2 1/2 weeks. Saw her a couple times a week. When she went in she was somewhat mobile, could walk up stairs, make sandwiches and eat, had no speech problems. About 3 days before her planned discharge I noticed her speech was slurred and hard to understand. When I went to pick her up she was not the mother sent there weeks earlier. Could not walk even 5 feet, her speech slurred, could not feed herself. She was like a vegetable. Her doctor says it was even a medication overdose or a stroke, waiting on blood tests and brain scan. So she went there for rehab, and they released her to go home, said she was done with rehab and ready to go home, instead she is now in hospice, 1 day out. Please do not take your elderly there, I found out instead of getting rehab 5 days a week, she only had it a few times in route. Meadow basically destroyed my mother.
