My auntie is in this facility. She and I don’t feel it’s safe ! There is a stranger that be trying to come in through the back door at night! Looking at all the boxes in the back of the facility to see what they can steal ! They definitely need security! Somebody always breaking into this place ! Not safe for residents! The place always smell like poop . There is a 600 pound lady in there and she isnt getting the proper care she needs ! She never gets her bath or assistance in getting a bath. I feel so sorry for her ! Its a guy name Manuel in 40a that throws poop and his diaper across the room at the other patients and screams all night ! The nurses closes the door on him at night time ! That’s not safe for the other patient that’s in the room ! I am truly disappointed in this place.

The desk nurse said they couldn't leave the desk! This is definitely a sign of neglect and emotional abuse.Had to talk to social service asking about my dad belongings she like what belonging been very rude and nasty attitude Elsa and Lupe .Lost my father watch never got reimbursed for it .The reception Yvette is very rude doesn't speak English very well and don't understand nothing .Social service tryed to force my dad to sign paperwork and he cant due to hand dysgraphia.I'm power of attorney over everything! i have pictures of the bleeding catheter but cant upload for some reason!

My stay at Meadow Creek Post Acute has been really pleasant overall. The nurses are kind and always helpful, and the doctors are professional and knowledgeable, which gave me a lot of confidence in my care. The maintenance team also does a great job keeping everything clean, and it’s nice that the place doesn’t have that typical nursing home smell. The only downside for me has been the food—it’s not always very good—but everything else has been a positive experience.
