I am so grateful for the assistance that Mia, Sam and their team gave me and my mother. My mother suffers from Alzheimers and needed full time care after moving into a facility. My mother had kind, caring and attentive help who even were willing to go walking with her on a daily basis. The genuine good people that were with my mother were simply next level which speaks volumes to me. When you lead with kindness and caring it really shows.

A great deal of my confidence in this company has beed the ability of this company to respond to changes in helpers . They are very well trained to meet the demands of the folks with whom they are assisting. And one of those all around personnel is Kassie. She was so helpful in keeping up with doctor appointments / medicine ,and daily routines. Since my wife was battling cancer ,Kassie often times took her to doctor offices, labs, procedures, and hospitals. She has a great memory, excellent knowledge of phones, computers, and most any item that is a techional and difficult. McLeod Home Care has been extremely helpful to me as an out of state relative. The team members found the perfect caregiver for my relative, and they are prompt in responding to all requests. His caregiver helps him shop, do his bills and post his mail, and go on excursions. He says she is extremely helpful to him. I am so grateful for the professional and responsive services provided by every employee I have encountered at McLeod.

It is such a privilege to work with so many amazing care managers, business developers, care givers and clients. Is was a easy decision when my mother in law needed additional care to go with Mcleod Home care. Charlotte was so kind and caring for Linda during her last week with us. She was a real blessing.
