Didn't see a,specific room but the place was clean. Employees were friendly and tenants looked gracious.

My brother just moved out to Miller Oaks in Mauldin. The Manager out there told him the apartment was ready. As me and my sister inspected it for him, it was not all the way ready. First, whomever lived there before him, accidentally left the stove on, it literally caught on fire, it’s nasty and around the knobs are burnt. And under the isles looks bad. Tammy I believe, whomever the manager, instead of replacing it, even when the person before my brother, she sent people out there to clean it. They said it needed to be replaced, it couldn’t be cleaned. Then on top of that, he has no closet door in his bedroom. Me and my sister, look after my mom and brother. My mom has been out there for years, and she literally have to tie a rag or something to her screen door, because it doesn’t wasn’t locking. The stove in my brothers apartment needs to be replaced, it literally caught on fire. To Westminister Company, owners of this place, I’m sure if it were one of your elderly brothers, sisters, mom, or even yourself, you wouldn’t want a burnt oven in your home. The maintenance guy, came over, scratched it with his nail and said he could clean it. Haven’t seen him since, because he knows if the professionals couldn’t, what makes him different. I feel this is not right, and that stove should have been removed, even when the person who lived there before him caught the stove on fire. Just replace the stove and put his doors up.

A basic apartment complex plenty of handicap, parking, a small laundromat and relatively small apartments.

As apartments go, they are fine but it takes forever to get anything fixed, the office staff is rarely available and they gypped my elderly mother $110 in the return of the deposit. They claimed that the apartment was dirty when my mother turned in that apartment cleaner than it was given to her. My mom, my daughter and a professional house cleaner went in that day and made sure it was spotless. They also charged her $24 to replace perfectly good stovetop pans. She lived there a total of four months and barely used her stove. Sad part is, she moved out because she was diagnosed with dementia. Love how they take advantage of the elderly!
