Just had to call the Sheriff's department on a resident of this place because he was standing Infront of the playgrounds of Pioneer Valley elementary / Liberty Middle school doing something so disgusting I can't bring myself to type it here. Once the Sheriff department arrived I came to find out this isn't the first time someone has just wandered away from that facility. If you see this man in your neighborhood call the police.

This care home is beyond the worst you can send a loved one to. Whoever keeps their books is a joke. They constantly try to scam you even if you are paying through Medicaid. They continuously send notifications for late payments requesting scans of payments. This has gone on for two years. Even if you have a social worker don’t expect better treatment for your family member. Anyone with experiences similar to this lets file a law suit and shut them down.
