I do NOT recommend Maxim Healthcare Services based on my experience as a RN. From the start, onboarding was disorganized. My recruiter lacked the experience to manage basic steps, and I had to push repeatedly just to get required training scheduled and completed. Months later, I was contacted about missing patient-specific orientation (PSO) paperwork from my September onboarding and told it could be a HIPAA violation on my license. Addressing documentation issues six months later—and placing blame on clinical staff—is unacceptable and reflects poor internal accountability. The company appears top-heavy with administrative staff, yet fails at fundamental processes like onboarding and communication, leaving CNAs, LPNs, and RNs to deal with the fallout. Overall: disorganized management, poor communication, and misplaced responsibility. Proceed with caution.
