This place is dirty, smells like straight up urine . Very understaffed. The residents are poorly taken care of. Little to no health care given.

I am a current resident here at MRNC on the unit B2, during my stay I was treated with dignity and respect. Everyone I encountered was helpful. I don't know if you could expect more from anywhere. I was here for over 100 days and finally will be discharged from the facility after great PT/OT and Nursing Care.

Management doesn’t care about residents go check out the tik tok report, it’s an eye opener. Not enough food? Basic needs? Jeez. How do they sleep?

They need to fix the toilets for these people they need better care for them and they need more meals that they can eat not just tomato and a biscuit are you kidding me they get money to take care of them from there insurance and get the money from there ssi check they need to do better for them people

This building needs fixing up and they are severely understaffed. Alot of the aides need more training, but there are a few good aids there that have gone above and beyond for my mom who is there for rehab. One sticks out though, Alyssa. I've never seen her sit down the entire time that i'm there visiting, I've never seen her even take a break. She usually is constantly going; never getting frustrated, or angry. She is always friendly, always taking the time to communicate with the resident. She even takes time to speak with family, as she has done with me. I also love how kind she is, always going above and beyond. One night the other aides sat behind nurses station, while she did her best to answer every call light that rang. Still she never complained or got angry...she just did it with a smile, and apologized for the wait. Alyssa is the reason why I gave 5 stars. They need more like her because my mom loves her and I've heard other residents say how much they like her too.
