They stole my great grandmother's antique dresser, thought she was stupid, and switched it out for another. How disgusting! This is after my great grandparents forfeited their home to the masons. Just steal after years of service? Repugnant!

Prepare for the long REAL review. After an amazing and thorough tour from Stephanie, we chose Masonic Homes for my moms short term skilled nursing facility. From the start, everyone was very kind, professional and amazing. Her room was very clean upon arrival and is cleaned by housekeeping daily. The rooms are very spacious and each have their own private wheelchair accessible bathrooms. The food served definitely is not hospital food and tastes like home cooking. You’re provided a weekly menu and can make adjustments/substitutes on your preference. There’s several daily activities offered ranging from wheelchair Zumba and exercises, bingo, word searches, watching movies and listening to oldies music and more. Some staff highlights (if I didn’t mention you I’m so sorry it’s completely unintentional!) RNs: David, Sammi and Yan. David is one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. He is always available to answer questions and has a smile on his face. He is very professional and he is always putting a smile on our faces. His calm and perky mannerism makes it feel like home rather than a skilled nursing facility. Sammi is extremely patient, outgoing and loving. She is so knowledgeable in her field and always puts the patient first. She was the first to build rapport with my mom and made her feel comfortable. She’s always making jokes which helps my mom with her anxiety. Both Sammi and David were the first to meet my mom upon arrival from the hospital. Yan is absolutely amazing. She is extremely professional and pays attention to detail. We had a couple medical scares recently while here and she was very quick jumping int action to ensure my mom’s safety and care. CNAs Priscilla is so kind and gentle. She understands the needs of her patients and shows genuine care for what she does. She also makes sure that any family present is comfortable and has been an amazing support system. April is very sweet and kind and amazing at what she does. PT/OT: Mark and Jonathan are amazing with my mom. They are very knowledgable in their field and take their time with their sessions. They both give lots of positive reinforcement and encouragement and have answered all of my questions so that I can continue to support my mom outside of sessions.

This place is home for me. More attention needs to be put on trash removal daily from trash barrels to prevent wild life from entering and picking food waste. The chain of circumstances are that flies, squirrels, rodents. and large birds are drawn to the waste...
