They are supposed to be a place of god instead they are false of any help or compassion. We tried to get my grandmother admitted here but was rejected because she was too sick for them to handle. They lied and said they were full instead of helping her. So instead they want to take the easy route and care for young people that are not acute. Pathetic and sad. May god forgive them.

Today, we met Sister Veronica, the administrator, and Irene at Marycrest Manor. We went as a family, and they took their time showing us the facility. The staff was amazing, and the location was very impressive. They went above and beyond to make sure we understood the process, the stay, and everything that needed to be discussed. Thank you, sister and Irene, for such a wonderful acceptance. God bless and beautiful location!

We got lucky to be able to place our dad here for care after his injury. Every room has windows and natural light. The sliding glass doors were recently updated throughout the facility (resident rooms) for better insulation. The rooms are clean and tended to daily. The staff are friendly and provide updates any time I call. I spoke with the dietician to personalize a meal plan for my dad. The team and residents are diverse, and many of the staff are bilingual in Spanish. Overall, the staff members are caring and attentive to the individual care of their residents.

My mother was there for 12 years. Beautiful location. Compassionate, caring and capable staff. I can't imagine a better place to have care. As close to heaven on earth as you can get.

Horrible care. Bad customer service. Lying administration that makes excuses lies and doesn’t investigate or follow up. Pray for the lies they tell to come to truth. Horrible place. ZERO STARS
