My mom had been a resident at this facility before it was sold to Everlasting. She had dementia due to Alzheimer's and was thriving. But once Everlasting came in they kept wanting to shuffle my mom from her original room to a small private room and then to a shared room. They told me she kept falling and had an issue with high blood pressure, so thought she'd do better with a room mate. Now I see their motive. They shoved her in a corner in a large room to allow someone else to come in to her space for more $$$. My mom ended up with a severe UTI and had to be hospitalized because her kidneys were failing. Ever since that her health grew worse and she stopped eating and drinking. I believe they had her sedated on morphine all the time per Hospice of the Valley. I understand when the time comes it's time to let go. The sad thing is that not ONE staff member said ANYTHING to me as I was removing my mom's things from her shared room there. Not one person asked me if I needed anything and not one person offered condolences. This facility must be driven by profit. I would NOT place my elderly parents in this place.

Our family's experience with Everlasting Services was life-changing. My husband, Sean, was a resident there for three months following a diagnosis of a Severe/ Moderate brain injury. Thanks to the exceptional care and therapy he received, he was recently downgraded to a Mild brain injury. His progress has been truly remarkable. The Director, Alicia, is wonderful. She is incredibly kind and genuinely cares for the residents, consistently going out of her way to ensure everyone is well-attended to. Every staff member treated Sean with respect, kindness, and immense patience. It wasn't just about medical care; it was the small things. Whenever Sean walked through the halls, staff members would greet him by name with a smile, asking, "Hi Sean, how are you doing today?" I cannot recommend Everlasting Services highly enough. If you are looking for a facility that treats residents like family while delivering world-class results, this is the place.

Everlasting has been THE BEST thing that has happened to my adult daughter who has sustained brain injuries from a brain tumor. She now is receiving the multiple levels of care she needs from caring professionals and is finally thriving after 20+ years of struggling to manage life, post diagnosis, treatment, seizures, etc. The other residents are now friends who understand her life challenges. The staff is incredible about going out of their way to make sure her needs are met and that she is happy. There are so many amazing activities and support services available! I especially want to make mention of Alicia Brown, Rock Star Extraordinaire for her amazing marketing and management of this incredible place. She is the reason my daughter is at Everlasting. I am forever indebted to the founders (and also Joe!) of Everlasting for making their vision come true so that my girl can have a much better quality of life and finally have the care she has lacked for decades. Thank you Everlasting!!
