Every resident at Everlasting has different needs... whether it is cognitive supports, help with activities of daily living, respite services, memory care, neuro-rehabilitation or event hospice. Our priority is to accommodate your individual needs.
Assisted Living
Our Assisted Living program is unparalleled. Assisted Living is so much more than bingo! Our residents enjoy fishing trips to Sedona, dancing and karaoke, cooking classes, a culinary garden, arts and crafts, and so much more. Whether you've sustained a life-changing injury, are experiencing symptoms of dementia or need assistance with your day-to-day - we know it is still possible to live a vibrant life by connecting with the people and community around you. We provide convenient accommodations, enrichment programs, visiting providers, transportation and a beautiful campus to allow you to live your best life.
Memory Care
Our Memory Care program provides a community for our residents with dementia (including Alzheimers, frontal temporal dementia, Huntingtons, etc). Our trained staff works with our residents on a daily basis to support them through their memory loss. With specially designed and dedicated Alzheimer’s and memory care accommodations, our building is secure and provides an outdoor walking path in our courtyard for residents to enjoy. EVERY member of our staff (including kitchen, housekeeping, maintenance and administrative support) participates in annual memory care training - further providing for the comfort and security of you or your loved one.
Respite Care
Our Respite Care program gives caregivers an opportunity to take a temporary break for any and all reasons while offering respite care guests access to the amenities and care that we offer on a daily basis. It is important that caregivers are able to rest too, so that they can give their all to those they take care of. For residents covered by ALTCS, we are contracted and your plan may cover your respite stay!

We work closely with all ALTCS providers: Arizona Complete, Banner, Mercy Care and United Healthcare - to be sure that every member in our community is well cared for.
Age in place and utilize hospice services
We provided Assisted Living services for those who are more independent, those who need more assistance and have a Memory Care/Special Care Unit for those who would benefit from a higher level of care - however, the costs don't change based on needing additional services. We can also work with your preferred hospice to provide services in-house.
Visiting providers AND in-house Neuro Rehabilitation with Rehab Without Walls
Everlasting residents can see our visiting PCP providers, visiting podiatry, vision, dental, mobile labs, mobile imaging, psychiatric care, hospice, chaplain, pet therapy and more. We also provide transportation to medical appointments within a ten-mile radius (included in our monthly rate). For those who would like to participate in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, we are so pleased to partner with valley neuro rehab leader, Rehab Without Walls. RWW has providing services to patients for 30 years - their care and compassion are unparalleled in the industry.
