I do not recommend this company for healthcare services. They expect a patent to agree to an appointment with less than 12 hours notice. When you try to schedule for another day they say the patent is refusing service. Their healthcare professionals have regular jobs and want to come late in the day or evenings so that it doesn't interfere with their regular jobs. Because we simply asked for a reasonable notice for appointments and timeframe they discharged my family member from their services. After contacting the company due to lack of communication from them, we were told about the discharge and also found out someone other than the patient needed to be present and open the door. Someone was present at each initial visit and we were never told we needed to be a EVERY visit. The past several months have been a complete waste of time and most importantly hurtful to my family members health.
