My grandma is here and has been her for the past month. The staff is very caring and always making sure my grandma is doing well. They are very attentive. I couldn’t ask for a better place to have my grandma rehabilitate. This place will always be my first choice if need be.

Facility is clean, staff is friendly and caring. Facility is odor free.

Let me tell you this is the worst place to take your family members. Let me start off that all they care about is if the patient has Medicare or Medicare if they don't have that your family won't be treated the way they should because you're not getting paid enough, second of all is the worst person ever she fires anyone even if they're getting physically abused or mentally abused I care about her favorite supervisor. His name is gabby and third of all as soon as they start finding out that the state or the health department is coming in they start pulling outpatient and sending them to their sister facilities so the state or health department know the stuff that they have been doing wrong. They don't care about anyone they have fire administrators, and don They have God in the past year and they were about to close it this year. They just reopened to start getting patients back in the facility. Be careful with them. There are very unprofessional and they. like to CNA for no reason they only have favoritism. I feel so bad for the patients that have been there for more than 20 years and as soon as they found out state was coming in, they kicked them out less than 24 hours without giving the doctor. reasonable reason Dr. Wang has fought with them saying that they cannot take patient out without talking to him the patients are not well taken care of all they care is about their money. Let me start off by saying that patients with diabetes they don't even have snacks for them the patients begging everyone so they can go to the vending machine and get a snack. The nurses have been sleeping while the patients have ran out the front door. The police stay coming in and out because of patients are fighting with staff and then the worst part is that when your DSdand you're not doing your job, right they will post your precision and indeed without telling you and they'll find someone and come and slap you saying that you are no longer DSd and they already hired someone else management is the worst thing the nurses are very unprofessional and the owners all they care is about patients with Medi-Cal or Medicare

Please whatever you DO NOT BRING YOURE FAMILY MEMEBER HERE they cover for each other when doing shady activity my father was there a year ago and I was told it was a locked facility they cannot get out however I wanted to take him out he wanted some fresh air I’d bring him back they said they needed the dr to approve the dr never got back to them so we were unable to then my father got a spider bite it got infected apparently they didn’t “know “ then they changed it to we saw it but didn’t see it was bad he never said anything ?! There supposeuvly always check patients then until I complained and my father spoke up because it became bad they decided to take him the the hospital after days passed he returned and had a fit he wanted to get out and said they released him because he was having a fit but couldn’t allow me to take him out on visits supervised by me and it was considered a lock facility were he was not going to be allowed to leave in other words if u want ur family member to get out have them have a fit a huge fit where the staff can’t take it and garuantee they will be let out .
