My loved one has been at Magnolias at Eutawville for over a year, and I finally feel confident writing this review. Placing a loved one in a care facility is emotionally and physically exhausting, and trusting others with someone you love can feel overwhelming.<br><br>I chose Magnolias at Eutawville specifically because it is family-owned, and I truly believe that makes a difference. There is a level of accountability and personal care here that you don’t always find in larger facilities where residents can feel more like a number than a person.<br><br>While no facility is perfect, I can confidently say that every concern I’VE had has been met with professionalism, compassion, and open communication. The staff has never promised perfection, but they consistently show a genuine commitment to caring for my loved one.<br><br>I am especially grateful for the staff and caregivers, they show honest care and respectful to the residents. Peace of mind is priceless. Thank you!<br>⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My aunt has been a resident there for several years. She loves it. Says the food is very good, the facility is always clean, the staff is both considerate and very helpful. In addition, they have programs that vary daily, they offer excursions, and most importantly, they do a fantastic job of dealing with sickness and health issues.

I am going to be completely honest because Randall was not honest with us. After much debate and prayer it was decided that we would move my in-laws to the Magnolias of Eutawville. Randall came to their home to evaluate them. He promised they would receive better care. He assured us that my mother-in-law's medication would be more closely monitored, and my father-in-law would be out of the bed more. He guaranteed that they would receive the best care.<br>After only being there a month, none of his promises were fulfilled and other things quickly came to light. First my mother-in-law frequently missed one or more doses of her medication. My father-in-law was only taken out of bed to eat. Then we found out there is no nurse in the facility at night, only cleaning staff. The final straw was my father-in-law being left unattended in his room with no food or drink, and he was running a fever. No one contacted us to tell us he was sick. They just closed his door and left him in there. By the time we saw him, he had been in his room alone all day. He is now in the hospital, no thanks to Randall and the Magnolias.<br>If you are trying to get rid of your parents, send them over. It won't take long.
