What was once a private home is now a clean, well-appointed assisted living facility. My mother-in-law was one of the first residents when it opened in May 2026. Everything is clean and sterile. The interior is spacious, airy, and bright, with a quiet sense of calmness. Being a converted house, the living room is used for seating and activities. The dining room is used for multiple purposes, and it's a good place to meet with the owner and staff. The bedrooms are for the infirm and they pulse with the soft pops of oxygen machines. There's an outdoor patio and a backyard with a canyon view. It's a serene setting, both inside and out. The care is excellent. The owner is usually about, and the staff are respectful, patient, and discrete. I have no concerns about leaving my mother-in-law here. There are two parking spots in the driveway. There's also street parking on the downhill side (be sure to turn your tires towards the curb and set your emergency brake).
