Amazing facility with a deeply caring and compassionate staff. Extremely dedicated to the community of Older Adults in Lowell and the surrounding area. The Center provides healthy breakfast and lunch seven days a week for individuals 60+ with a suggested donation of $1 for breakfast and $2 for lunch, however, donations are anonymous and no one is ever turned away hungry. The outreach staff works hard to care for their clients. The exercise machines are free to use with a doctors note and there are a number of exercise and yoga classes available with costs $5 and under. Art Program classes are free and every Thursday is project day with free access to materials and equipment. The billiard room can get rowdy but the guys seem to always have a great time. Card playing in the library, dances and bingo in the great room . . . worth a visit if you are over 60!

I volunteered today serving the seniors for lunch. Everyone there is truly nice and accepting. I will definitely be doing this more often. I'm so glad the seniors have people like this in their lives!
