My daughter has been with this agency for the past 8yrs and it has been a nightmare! Case worker is MIA 99% of the time. There is no sense of Urgency for their clients. My daughter is beyond Exhausted with asking them for the Proper assistance she needs and what they are getting Paid to do!!! This is Beyond Unacceptable!!!

Their office staff are rude and unhelpful in a time where families need support not another frustration. They sent a worker to our home for 2 weeks before they realized they didn't pass a background check. The workers that did come did little to nothing to help or were physically unable to fulfill the duties for a person who is a full assist client. I wouldn't trust them with my dog let alone my loved one.
