Best therapy department there is. You can depend on them to care, treat, and get you back to where you need. The admissions team is exceptional at figuring out your insurance plans and getting you the care you need! They will go above and beyond to help you in times of need.

Lone Star is a great SNF to work with. The staff is friendly and experienced. The management staff is exceptional at knowing the right way to specify care for each individual resident. I will always recommend this facility to our community!
