I have had the privilege of working with Loma Clara as a business partner and I cannot say enough about this assisted living and memory care facility. They are easy they are to work with. Their team has been communicative, flexible, and incredibly supportive as a business partner. They develop personalized care plans for each client. The environment is warm and welcoming, and it’s clear that the staff truly cares about the residents. It’s a beautiful facility that feels like a home and that makes all the difference when it comes to memory care and assisted living. I’m so grateful to have such a trustworthy partner. I have friends who are very contented living at Loma Clara. The food I've seen looks yummy and smells delicious. I just watched a Bing Crosby movie in the beautiful theater. There is frequent entertainment in the dining area. I would recommend Loma Clara's facilities. The staff is respectful to visitors and I've observed that they are always respectful to the residents. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed

When you walk into Loma it is a warm and friendly environment. There is always a smile from the gals at the Concierge. The community is a great size, it is not overwhelming large but large enough to mingle and meet new friends. Members of the team who I’ve had plenty of interactions are below. Cassandra is the go to gal for the billing along and the Long Term Care Insurance. All notices are given in a timely manner along with all the paperwork being submitted. Another benefit is automatic payments. It’s appreciated that she explains in a detail the process of how automatic payments and address concern that occur immediately. Ruben is the culinary chef who does an amazing job with taste and presentation. He is especially mindful of providing the same experience for the entire community from Assisted Living to Memory Care. The residents enjoy his creativity and it shows with his weekly theme food bars. What is near and dear to my heart is Memory Care. The team is dedicated and compassionate. It starts from the leaders Sarah and Stephanie. Sarah has a heart of gold that shows through the way she leads her team while Stephanie is a dementia whisperer to the residents and their families. Bottom line is with all the personal experience, I would gladly place my grandparents here and know they are in good hands.

Loma Clara Senior Living of Morgan Hill is a great place to call home! Jamie Davies and the Loma Clara staff are incredible people! They go above and beyond to make your stay at Loma Clara an amazing experience. I've had the privilege of working with Jamie and I can say she is very dedicated and passionate about what she does. I'm a local referral agency and when I send families her way, she is there every step of the way with them during the search and placement process.

As a Bay Area Firefighter I have responded to countless assisted living communities. I have never encountered the level of care and compassion that I have from the Loma Clara staff. Our experience at Loma Clara has been nothing short of amazing. From the very beginning when we came in to inquire about Loma Clara your staff members have treated my family with a high level of service. They have demonstrated true care and concern for not only my father’s best interest but our entire family’s. Moving into an assisted living community is a stressful and uncertain time for any family. Thanks to the compassion and high level of service provided by the employees of Loma Clara this time was a lot easier for us. Jamie and Leanne provided tremendous help during the move in process. Jamie has continued to offer any help necessary as the months have gone on with respect to my father’s care and needs. She has checked in on him many times making sure he knows he’s cared for by many. Jamie truly cares about the residents of Loma Clara and their family members like myself and not only is it apparent but it makes a difference. Every single time I enter the community I am greeted with a smile by Jerry or Morgan. They always check in with me to see how my father is doing. Just seeing Jerry and Morgan's smiling faces when I first come in the door is such a blessing as I navigate this difficult time. Julie has become an integral part of my father’s care as his nurse. While our interaction at the time of my Father’s admission was limited, now that his medical condition has worsened we communicate almost daily. She has a wonderful bedside manner, she demonstrates expertise in medical care and knowledge, and she takes ownership and personal responsibility for her patients. I feel confidence in her skills and abilities which makes it possible for me the take care of my day to day responsibilities at home knowing that my father is in good hands at all times under Julie’s watch. Julie also understands that the family members of her patients are also her customers and she has treated me with great care and compassion during this difficult time as well. I am so thankful for Juile’s care. Lauren and Elizabeth have both taken good care of my dad checking in on him at regular intervals, and administering his medications always on time. Their bedside manner has been excellent and my father comments daily on how nice everyone at Loma Clara is. My Father has also told me that a number of the other caregiver staff who assist him with his daily needs have been nothing short of amazing, treating him with kindness, a gentle touch and compassion. Cassandra has been very helpful with the billing. I have worked with her to receive my father’s bills and remittence of his payment. Her interaction with me has been so professional but with a human touch which is sometimes not the case when dealing with the business side of things. Jennifer has made herself available to me to have the avenue to communicate any need or concern that I have. She has made it a point to get to know my dad spending significant time sitting with him and conversing/keeping him company. She has expressed her philosophy of providing a true community for the residents of Loma Clara. It is very comforting to have a direct line to Jennifer should I have any concerns or needs. She has made me feel like family. Loma Clara is a true gem due to these special people who go the extra mile, take their professions seriously and understand the importance of taking great care of the residents they serve and their family members with true care, compassion and love. It does not go unnoticed and it has made a huge difference in helping my father and our family navigate this difficult time in our lives. I am so thankful that my Father’s experience is that he is being cared for by wonderful human beings. With Sincere Gratitude,
