Living Tree Estates LLC

Living Tree Estates is a community-based residential facility (CBRF) offering assisted living and memory care in Greenville, Wisconsin. The 40-room facility, which accommodates a maximum of 47 residents, is locally owned and operated by a Registered Nurse and her husband. Located in the Fox Valley northwest of Appleton, the community sits in a quiet setting adjacent to two churches and a private farm.

The community provides daily living assistance and care tailored to individual needs, including meal preparation, medication administration, hygiene support, cleaning, and supervision. Living Tree employs three RNs, two LPNs, and maintains a high resident-to-care staff ratio. The facility staffs based on acuity levels rather than census numbers, ensuring that care personnel are available to meet changing resident needs with compassionate, respectful care. Services support residents recovering from surgery, managing arthritis and physical disabilities, and addressing age-related conditions that limit daily activities such as mobility, eating, and grooming.

A secure Memory Care Unit serves individuals with cognitive decline, staffed by experienced and highly trained caregivers focused on helping residents and their families live fulfilling lives.
