When my 96 year old Mom's needs exceeded my abilities, she came to The Little Senior Residence. It was a blessing for the last chapter of her life. The caring and attentive staff became her second family and the other residents also provided companionship she didn't have in her own home. At last I was able to sleep at night knowing she was safe and surrounded by professionals. She passed away after reaching 100. The advanced age that she and others have achieved is a testament to the level of competency and care of TLSR. I would not hesitate to bring another family member or be a resident here myself.

Don’t bother bringing your loved one anywhere else. This facility will be the closest thing you get to having your loved one cared for at home by a family member. We brought my uncle here over three years ago. He had late stage Alzheimer’s/dementia. He was bedbound, non-verbal, and unable to do anything for himself. For the three years he was there, they provided him with unmatched care, treating him with kindness, dignity, and respect despite his condition. He was always clean, always well fed, and always loved. We had heard horror stories from friends about their loved ones being neglected in other facilities and even saw first hand how hands off those other facilities can be. Bringing my uncle to the Little Senior Residence was the best decision we ever made for him. He was so well cared for by the staff and they all treated him like a person not just a number or a bed. Pat always kept everything running smoothly and was always attentive to his needs as well as ours. The entire staff was absolutely amazing. You will not find a better place than this for your loved one.

Two years ago I was in the process of finding a home for my friend who was diagnosed with dementia. I looked at four other facilities including LSR and came to the conclusion of choosing Little Senior Residence. There are no regrets two years later,go check it out you will have no regrets you will have a peace of mind knowing your relatives or friends are being cared for.

When our mom fractured her shoulder in a fall four years ago, we were faced with the difficult decision of moving her into a nursing care facility. Little Senior Residence was the place we chose, and it was the best decision we could have made. It’s homey, clean, and comfortable, not the institutional environment of larger facilities. We have come to personally know the wonderful nursing staff and caregivers who are warm, kind, and compassionate. The residents are treated with respect and dignity and receive the highest quality of care and personal attention. We are so grateful to everyone at Little Senior Residence, and we can sleep well knowing our mom is in such good and loving care.

I like to reach out to everyone to let them know how wonderful the little senior home pat lockhart and their staff and their administrator took care of my dad for almost a year, and he was not an easy person to deal with due to his dementia he was kept clean every day he was given three home cooked meals and snacks and seen by doctors on a weekly basis the staff interacted with my dad personally and everyday he made friends there and they went out of there way to deal with the loss of his wife for 64 years they have barbecue in the summer do arts and crafts they decorate for all holidays make the patients participate in it and it makes them happy unfortunately myself my son and my husband would visit him on a weekly basis take him on the porch to watch the birds and people walk by with their dogs which made him happy and that help me with the situation of my dad illness because my sisters were not around to help and I would like to close this and send my love to Pat Lockhart who’s is the backbone of the little senior home and she gave me the greatest gift of all because the day he was going to pass she called me at work and I ran down there to the home and I got to spend a hour and a half with my father who then passed in my arms I will visit the home and stay in touch because they’ve have become like my second family love you Maureen Smith
