3/6/2026 - My grandfather was sent to the hospital at 8am, the facility didn't bother to contact ANYONE in the family because they "forgot". He has tested positive for Sepsis, and Pneumonia. Along with many bedsores all over his back. The only reason that we found out, is because my uncle went to visit him and saw that he wasn't anywhere to be seen. So, my grandfather's roommate had to tell him, and that's how we found out at 1pm that day. They feed him ONLY PB&J even though he's a diabetic, they let him sit in his soaked and messy diaper for HOURS before coming to check on him. If he presses the light button for assistance, it takes up to 2 hours for anyone to check on him and at minimum 30 minutes. We just bought him a new electric shaver, and it has already been stolen. The box was still in the room when we noticed it was missing, and now the box is gone too. His clothes have been misplaced or stolen. There are only a couple of nurses there that actually do their job properly, others are snotty and rude towards family when voicing concerns. They DO NOT get him out of bed each day, because he tells them he doesn't want to. He's half paralyzed due to a stroke. On top of it all, they're trying to charge my family every month, even though we have receipts from the insurance company, showing that they've been fully paid for every month. PLEASE, DO NOT put a loved one in this facility EVER!

IF WE ALL REPORT THE DOCTORS AND STAFF HERE, THEY WILL FIRE THEM ALL AMD GET NEW ONES. LET'S REPORT THEM SO OUR LOVED ONES GET THE HELP THEY NEED!!My mom is in there and keeps getting her things stolen. Everything is being taken from her. Not a good place to be. Staff goes through people's belongings all the time and was even caught. Still working there with no repercussions. I had to buy a camera to keep an eye on her and her belongings. I will be reporting this to the state. Staff is rude and will not send anyone to the hospital. They just let people die up there. Needs to shut it down and fire everyone.

Bed sheets aren't being changed unless requested to do so. My mother is prone to UTIs. She has had pneumonia before, and they refused to call an ambulance for her. They don't keep antibiotics on hand for her. They lie about medications. My mom has gone two weeks without a shower before. Don't put your loved ones here.

1-Bed sheets are not changed unless requested or found to be soiled. 2-Food is not bad but could be better. Fruit and some kind of vegetable is served with a meat and dessert. 3-The room sinks, mirrors and cabinets could use a good rehab and fresh paint on the walls. 4-Sometimes kitchen equipment breakdown requiring use of disposable serving ware, and hot dogs for a meal.
