I was issued an oxygen concentrator after a hospital stay in February. I used said oxygen concentrator for 7 days. I called multiple times for it to be picked up and it was NOT! It sat in my living room unused for 2 months! I was told I could return it to the nearest location. I’m sorry. I am not doing your job! Come and get it! Then they finally pick it up and I am still being billed! This is not acceptable! I will not pay for something I was not using. I paid the 1st months bill and only used it 7 days!

The present lady in charge has completely ignored doctors orders concerning my daughter’s CPAP machine and even though paying for several months gets the run around about the orders. She says she has them and will change settings. Settings don’t get changed and when she calls, she needs doctors orders. Hr doctor has sent the order 5 times. As for me, I have needed a new regulator for a couple of months. Again another run around. They sent washers. Didn’t work. Yes, I’m very frustrated. Shelia and Robert are two of the nicest people around and we had no problems while they were still working there. I really think the one in charge now doesn’t know what’s going on. You just don’t treat people like she does.

Lincare took care of all my oxygen needs for over 4 months. Whenever I needed something, they provided it in a timely manner. I hope that I don't need oxygen again, but if I do, I'll request Lincare. Also, Robert Ford picked up my equipment and he was friendly, nice and did a great job!

I have delivered oxygen tanks to LC Clinton for a very long time(10+ years) and the driver turnover is not great. With that said, I have personally witnessed the employees there give it their all. Tara, the manager, specifically goes above and beyond to get the job done. The CSRs and nurses are well trained and capable. Drivers come and go but I think they are looking for something not found in the area. Overall the people a this center care a lot about the job.

I do not recommend this company for your oxygen needs. My mother has been out of oxygen tanks for 2 weeks so I called them and they scheduled a day to come out. In that day I called to confirm a time and they informed me they got new drivers n changed the schedule so it wont be until 2 more weeks. So I go over there the next day at 1245 and bang on the door n windows cause door is locked. A lady comes out and says we dont open til 1!
